A Little about our Restaurant Bar
Jaks Tap began it's journey in the summer of 1996 with hopes of creating Chicago's premier multi-tap restaurant bar featuring 40 draft beers, great food, and a friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. Jaks roots stem from The Village Tap in Roscoe Village, where Mike Green, Evan Jones & James Krogh had a vision of creating another classic neighborhood destination spot in the West Loop. The vision soon became reality and throughout the years Jaks Tap has grown with the neighborhood and remains true to it mission, "every guest leaves happy". Still today, Jaks is dedicated to being the place for amazing draft beer selection, great food, parties, events and a staff dedicated to your needs.
Jaks Tap is also a great place for large or small groups to watch the big game or catch up on old times. Play a round of pool in the Brewery Room, sit by the cozy fire place in the Winter or catch a Summer breeze with the huge open aired windows in the main dinning room.
